Barium Zinc Stabilizers
The use of cadmium-based stabilizers in PVC applications has raised health and environmental concerns, leading to a shift towards alternative stabilizers such as Barium Zinc stabilizers. The standard family of stabilizers for many PVC applications in replacement of Cadmium stabilizers. Our complete range of BaZn stabilizers are improving clarity, weatherability, color stability, durability, compatibility with white pigments while guaranteeing low migration and low odor creation. Also commonly used as activators for blowing agents for plastisols in the manufacturing of foamed layers.
Calcium Zinc Stabilizers
CaZn stabilizers have successfully replaced Pb-based stabilizers in all outdoor and food contact applications. They offer high transparency, good mechanical and electrical properties and excellent organoleptic characteristics. Thanks to more than 30 years’ experience developing and producing CaZn stabilizers systems in Japan, our team of experts is able to offer the right product to meet the most exigent applications like food wrapping film, cable protection and artificial leather for automotive applications. Our products can meet the rigorous standards of JCII (formerly known as JHPA), FDA or GB 9685-2016 and are available in one-pack systems, liquid or powder form.
Co-Stabilizers and Additives
In addition to our range of high-performance stabilizers, we also offer a wide choice of co-stabilizers (organic and inorganic) and many other additives either made in-house or sourced competitively from the best suppliers on the market. Those can be supplied as-is or combined with a stabilizer into a One-pack formulation.
Tin Stabilizers are most commonly used in all rigid PVC applications to which they confer high thermal, heat and color stability, especially for transparent products.
