Calligram™ offers advantages such as crisp embossed and debossed designs on the same surface, in-mold printing for precision, grain and gloss consistency and wear resistance, unit production suitable for customization and limited series (1.5 m²), an all-in-one process: ready for cutting and sewing or partial packaging, and functional integration.

Furthermore, this product is primarily used in the manufacture of luxury goods, vehicle interiors, yachts, and other applications requiring coated fabrics. Westlake Global Compounds has entered into a distribution partnership with Griffine to facilitate the marketing of Calligram™ in Europe.

Calligram™ is an innovative coated fabric that can be used in the production of luxury goods such as handbags, wallets, shoes and clothing.

This product offers unparalleled decoration possibilities, including crisp, embossed and/or debossed logos that can be printed with precision. It is possible to decorate part or all of the surface in full color or spot colors. Calligram™ is ideal for personalization and limited runs thanks to its unique printing process: each unit can be different thanks to the flexibility of inkjet printing.

Calligram™ can be made with a wide variety of synthetic fabrics such as polyester or polyamide, but also natural fabrics such as cotton and even silk.

Vehicle interiors

Calligram™ is an exclusive coated fabric that can be used in high-end automotive interiors to add a distinctive touch to headrests, seating elements, armrests, door panels or dashboards.

This product offers unparalleled decoration possibilities, including crisp embossed and debossed logos that can be printed with precision. Background colors are dyed throughout, and printing is done with our own inks, tailored to the client's needs.

Calligram™ lends itself to functionalization. Backlit surfaces with an embossed logo can be designed to create a striking effect. In this case, our on-mold inkjet printing process ensures a very sharp definition of the backlit outline. Functional fabrics, including heated or capacitively sensing fabrics, can also be used.

When a damping effect is required, Calligram™ can be made from spacer fabric or multilayers, including foam.

Marine

Calligram™ is an exclusive coated fabric that can be used both indoors and outdoors on boats, yachts or headliners .

Our coatings are designed to resist UV rays, mold, abrasion, and stains, and comply with fire safety standards. They are suitable for all exterior and interior coverings, seats and benches, including deck chairs, bedding protectors, sports and entertainment equipment, as well as upholstery and mudguards.
